Future Star - Beginner (Ages 3-6)

The Future Star Program is an entry level soccer program designed specifically for boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 6 and is taught in two levels by knowledgeable coaches. Classes are grouped by age group and thought by different coach. The Future Star Program teaches basic soccer skills in a fun-filled and educational environment. Your little Future Star player remains active the whole time and all players are kept engaged with our fun way of getting the skills across.
The Future Star Programs are built on the fact that kids love having fun. Parents are encouraged to join in and assist with coaches. We will play organized games that develop listening skills, balance, ball control, and foot-eye coordination. These classes are all about fun. We really want your child to learn to love soccer.
The level one part of this program is specifically designed as an introduction to playing fun games with parents in a supportive and nurturing environment. This level revolves around a soccer ball and a curriculum that is fun and uses the game of soccer as a medium for developing general motor skills, foot eye coordination, proper soccer balancing and socialization.
In the level two program, children will learn how to become more independent from their parents and continue to advance individual ball control skills and experience a separation from their parents and ready them to enter our Challenger program.
Upon completion of Level 2 the Future Star will be able to demonstrate
- Basic ball control including kicking with both feet and easy dribbling
- Follow basic one step instructions
- General motor skills, foot eye coordination, and proper soccer balancing
- Improved social player to player and player to coach interaction
- Follow two and three step instructions
